Group Counseling
EMDR son las siglas de Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (Desensibilización y reprocesamiento por movimientos oculares). Es una terapia basada en evidencias y eficaz para superar traumas y desafíos de la vida. Funciona mediante estimulación bilateral para activar el sistema de procesamiento de información natural del cerebro. Este proceso es similar a lo que sucede durante el sueño de movimientos oculares rápidos (sueño REM). El sistema de procesamiento de información luego integra las redes de memoria con otra información, lo que permite que se produzca la curación.
